Refund Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

[PLACEHOLDER — replace before publishing] This is a draft starting point, not legal advice. Refund/withdrawal rights for digital goods are heavily regulated (especially for EU/UK consumers) and partly governed by Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Have this reviewed by a lawyer, and confirm it does not conflict with Paddle's current policies at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy before publishing.

1. Payment processing

All credit purchases on Zuno are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller) for these transactions. This means Paddle — not Zuno — handles your payment, issues your receipt, and processes eligible refunds.

Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the transaction and take precedence in the event of any conflict with this page:

2. Your right to a refund

Statutory withdrawal right (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Please note: if you begin using purchased credits (e.g. to post a listing) during this 14-day period, you may lose this withdrawal right, as you will have consented to immediate delivery/use of the digital product.

Unused credits

  • Credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within [X days — DECIDE] of purchase. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or Paddle directly to request this.

Used credits

  • Once credits have been spent (e.g. to publish a listing), that portion of your purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is warranted (e.g. a technical error on our part).

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund by:

  1. Using the link in your Paddle order confirmation email or receipt, or
  2. Contacting Paddle support directly, or
  3. Contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL], and we will assist or direct you to Paddle as needed.

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will generally not be granted where:

  • The request is made after the applicable statutory or discretionary period has expired
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the credit or refund system
  • The credits in question have already been used

5. Account suspension or termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use, you are not entitled to a refund of any unused credits, except where required by applicable law.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

7. Contact

Questions about refunds can be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL], or directly to Paddle via your order receipt.
